Apart from being eco-sustainable with the environment around us, our philosophy evolved to so much more than this. Our main goal is to make sure most of our income goes into our ongoing projects with our local communities.
Let us show you a bit of what we do.
Educational project "Sonrisas" ...
We contribute to the education of school children in remote villages of the mountain range of Oaxaca. We provide them with a tutor, educational materials and technological resources in order to facilitate their continuity at school. This we have found specially challenging and of great importance during our ongoing pandemic.
Project "Patitas Felices" ...
Two years ago, we started this project by identifying the need in the area and encountering extreme cases of animal abuse. Our work here involves providing veterinary care, sterilization, vaccination, educational training and finally integrating the rescue dog or cat into a family. We have found a number of amazing professionals to help us along the way and we are proud to say we have rescued over 50 different animals.
Supporting our local economy ...
Where we choose to buy and whom we choose to work with is of great importance to us. We believe in naturally sourced produce from local farmers. Helping these families be able to live off of their land whilst we teach eachother how to work as a community. Over time we have built great bonds with these families and feel part of them.
